
Customer Service Representative (w/m/d)
LogicLine Europe GmbH is a dynamic company on a growth trajectory that has been developing professional equipment for safe and efficient transport on flatbed vehicles and pick-ups for 20 years. As market leader in the German-speaking region, we are looking for a dedicated personality to strengthen our Customer Service team in Neutal.
Your Responsibilities
- Active sales in your assigned region from initial contact through needs assessment, personal consultation, offer creation to successful closing and long-term customer retention
- Accompanying the entire sales process with focus on closing and customer satisfaction
- Supporting and convincing existing and new customers and distribution partners with your expertise
- Independent management of a D/A/CH territory in a team with a field sales colleague
- Maintaining customer relationships through trustworthy, service-oriented consulting
- Representing the company at trade shows

- Communication skills and professional appearance

- Proficiency with Office 365 applications

The salary for this position is EUR 40,600 gross per year based on full-time employment plus a performance-based component. Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
