Our transport boxes are made from high-quality aluminium. Depending on the model, we use AlMg alloys (aluminium-magnesium), which are particularly corrosion-resistant and lightweight. All boxes are manufactured in Austria and meet the highest quality standards.
What box sizes do you offer?
We offer transport boxes in numerous standard sizes, from compact euro boxes (400×300 mm) to large underbody boxes for commercial vehicles. Custom sizes are also available on request.
Are the boxes waterproof?
Our underbody and stowage boxes are splash-proof and designed for outdoor use. For complete waterproofing, we offer optional seal kits.
Can I configure boxes individually?
Yes! Our online configurator allows you to assemble boxes according to your requirements. Choose size, version and accessories.
What accessories are available?
We offer extensive accessories: brackets, mounting kits, intermediate shelves, cable holders, gas spring flaps, locks and much more.
Are there volume discounts for business customers?
Yes, as a B2B webshop we offer tiered discounts based on your customer status and order volume.
Can I order samples or test products?

Are the boxes manufactured in Austria?
Yes, all LogicLine transport boxes are manufactured in our factory in Neutal, Austria. We rely on local production with short delivery routes and the highest quality standards. Every box undergoes strict quality control before shipping.
Do you offer custom-made products?

First, select the desired box size and version. Then you can add matching accessories. The price is calculated live.
What is the load capacity of the boxes?
Load capacity varies by model. Euro boxes typically carry 20-50 kg, underbody boxes 50-150 kg.
Do the boxes fit in my vehicle?
You can find the exact dimensions of each box in the product details. For underbody boxes, we offer vehicle-specific models.
Do you offer CAD data or technical drawings?
For business customers, we provide technical drawings and CAD data on request.
Are the boxes certified?
Our stowage boxes for vehicle mounting are manufactured according to applicable standards and regulations. For specific certification requirements, please contact our technical team.
What surface treatment do the boxes have?
Depending on the model, we offer different surface treatments: anodized aluminium, powder-coated aluminium in various RAL colours, or brushed aluminium.

Delivery usually takes 5-15 working days depending on the item and availability.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to 21 European countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland and many more.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size and destination country.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard via Stripe), prepayment by bank transfer and invoice.
Can I request a phone notification for freight delivery?
Yes, for freight deliveries you can request a phone notification.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after shipping you will receive a tracking number via email.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. You can order from just one piece.
How does payment by invoice work?
Payment by invoice is available for registered and approved business customers with a payment term of 14 days net.
Can I order express delivery?
For urgent orders, we can offer express delivery in individual cases. Contact us before ordering.
Do you deliver to construction sites?
Yes, we deliver to any accessible address within our delivery areas. For construction site deliveries, we recommend phone notification.

Yes, all products that require installation come with detailed assembly instructions.
Can I install the boxes myself?
Most of our boxes are designed for self-installation.
What tools do I need for installation?
For most installations, standard tools are sufficient: drill, wrench, tape measure.
Can I install underbody boxes without drilling?
For some vehicle types, we offer clamp mounting systems that do not require drilling.
Do you offer an installation service?
We do not carry out installations ourselves, but can recommend certified partner workshops.
Does installing an underbody box affect the vehicle warranty?
With proper installation using our original mounting kits, the vehicle warranty should not be affected.
Are the mounting kits vehicle-specific?
Yes, we offer vehicle-specific mounting kits for many popular commercial vehicles.
How do I secure the contents of the box?
All stowage boxes feature a locking system. Optionally, we offer security locks.
Can I reuse existing brackets for a new box?
In many cases yes, provided the hole spacing and mounting points match.

Care & Maintenance
5 QuestionsHow do I clean my transport box?
Clean your aluminium box with warm water and a mild, pH-neutral cleaning agent.
Do I need to maintain the box regularly?
Aluminium is largely maintenance-free. We recommend a visual inspection every six months.
What to do about scratches on the surface?
Light scratches on brushed or anodized aluminium are normal and do not affect function.
Can I reorder spare parts?
Yes, we stock spare parts for all our products: hinges, locks, seals, gas springs, handles and mounting kits.
What is the warranty on LogicLine products?
We provide a warranty on all our products in accordance with legal provisions (2 years B2B, 3 years B2C in Austria).

Yes, our multi-account system allows you to switch between different company accounts with one email address.
Can I save a cart and order later?
Yes, you can save your cart at any time and restore it later.
How can I cancel or modify an order?

How can I reset my password?
Click Forgot password on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password. For security reasons, this link is valid for 24 hours.
Can I request quotes through the webshop?
Yes, you can save your cart and submit a shipping cost inquiry from it. For extensive projects, contact our sales team at office@logicline.eu.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after completing your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email with all details: order number, item overview, prices and estimated delivery time.
